So I’m about a month away from my birthday (Feb 26), and I’d like to think I’m more of a giver than a recipient when it comes to gifts, so I’m going all-out for this next contest. The prize for this contest will be:
Your very own Breathalyzer!
The BACtrack Select S50 Breathalyzer, to be exact. If you’ve ever been to a house party where there’s a breathalyzer present, you know the following two things to be true:
- 1. Breathalyzers are an unexpected source of fun at parties, as well as at bars and clubs. For whatever their reasons, people just love checking their BAC for laughs.
- 2. Breathalyzers are also a very useful (and potentially lifesaving) tool if you’re hosting a party, or attending one with a friend. People are a lot less likely to drive themselves home under the influence of alcohol when they can see quantified evidence of how unfit they truly are to be operating a vehicle.
How do you enter? I thought you’d never ask! Here are the details:
- -Leave a comment on an article. Each comment you leave counts as one entry; there is no limit to how many times you can comment, and you can comment on any article you want.
- -If you subscribe either by the site’s feed or by email, you automatically double your chances. This means that for each comment you make on an article, you get two entries.
- -On February 26th (unless someone throws me a surprise birthday party) I’ll choose the winner using a random number generator. Then, I’ll email the lucky individual (maybe you!), and the rest is pretty obvious.

The Tucker Max book was actually where I got the idea from, Taylor; I remember when I read it, I thought it would be a great way to make a party more interesting in a hurry. So I got myself one, brought it to a party, and it was a huge hit.
Don’t worry though; that’s not the one I’m giving away, it’ll be a brand new one I swear

I’m writing a report on how they should put breathalyzers in cars or bars- or both. It has been my experience that people just don’t know when they are too drunk (if they are “tipsy” I mean).

Being a Vodka drinker and pretty serious about my vodka’s (when I do get a chance to sit down and have a drink) so hence I don’t usually mess with the goodness with infused vodka’s or flavored vodka’s. I did however find your jolly ranchers vodka infusion interesting and would probably go over well at my next BBQ. I deffo will try it and should be a hit. Thanks for the article. Cheers!
