Not all cachaças fits making “caipirinha” (cachaça+sugar+lemon+ice as you like). Only the white ones (not cured), mainly that was bidistilled. Very commom in Brazil is “caipivodka”
(vodka+ the same. Danmed fine are the “caipifruta(caipfruit): the same, chnging the lemom for some fruit, like pinneapple, strawberries, grapes or
cashew (“friend cashew”) )
